With the success of our Bukit Timah outlet, we decided to meet the geographical demand for good Italian food by setting up our restaurant in other parts of Singapore. Of course, we couldn’t help but feel humbled at the love from our restaurant-goers who came from different corners of Singapore to relish in authentic Italian flavours at the West. To make our flavours more accessible, we found a nice and cosy outlet by the Singapore River, among the many Boat Quay restaurants.
